this place was fantastic. It was my wife and my 4 year old son. The extra bedroom was fantastic. It was quiet and pleasant and a beautiful area. The elevator was great (No having to go up stairs!) and it was so super convenient. 很法式的装修风格 房东很有心 给我们还准备了水果 这是我们旅途下来第一家有水果的房子咯。咖啡机 茶包 更是随意享受。这装修风格 很能拿捏我们国人的女生！房东还很友好的给出了周边游玩的建议，也会和我们讲解周边建筑的历史故事。住这里 到凯旋门和埃菲尔铁塔 步行只要十多分钟，去塞纳河畔和香榭丽舍大道也就五六分钟。楼下有很多奢侈品专柜，很适合爱买买买的游客入住。总之 非常完美的住宿体验。

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! Before we checked in, I received 2 messages from the host making sure we had the information needed to find the apartment and check in. The apartment was very easy to find and we were met by someone in person who showed us how to get in and made sure we were all set before he left. The building is very secure and we felt very safe with two locked entries before the apartment itself. The apartment is in a very nice, safe neighborhood walking distance from a lot of different activities, and there are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The Metro is also within a couple of blocks. We had everything we needed in the apartment, the apartment was warm for the cold weather, and the beds were comfortable. Xia proved to be an extremely polite host, responding promptly to all our queries. As first-time visitors to Paris, we had many concerns about the neighborhood and its facilities. Xia provided us with all the necessary information in advance, easing our worries. She was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and gave us the house keys ahead of time, which was particularly convenient for my family as we were traveling with young children.Moreover, the location is ideal, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of fantastic brand showrooms, cafes, and local supermarkets - truly the best of both worlds! Get a key / host was incredibly quick and efficient in communicating . The place was clean and very well stocked for anything you might need. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to everything . It was close to shops and restaurants but the street was nice and quiet and apt overlooks the courtyard so you don’t get any street noise,and was easy tto o get a good nights sleep. Great place! Very responsive owner. Place has the amenities that we need. The place is close to the Eiffel tower. Highly recommended!
